Sometimes, I try so hard.
To turn back the clock, Realize what I had done wrong.
Changed, let it all play out far to long.
Trying to change a life you never lived,
Is as hard as trying to convince yourself you ever did.
Almost like trying to re-live that one moment- Although you never could.
Thinking to yourself.. You never should.
Watching over a life, So dark, So abusive from the start.
Shadowing over, An outsiders view,
How could someone elses life be so vital to you?
Re-focusing- The scene has changed.
Her face to his.. so distraught, a place with a wide range.
So many places to run, So little to hide.
A small shade of gray, Over a hill- A small ways away.
You have no idea how this life changed so quickly.
Watching back, Re-winding it all,
You begin to see how everything begins to fall.
Small shades of Ember begin to appear,
Looking through the broken window explains it all,
Everything changes so fast, You only get a glimpse- Of how it all ends.
Jumps from below, Her legs descend-
The scene changes once more, A close up of her face.
You can see it in her eyes.
As her thoughts race and her mind fades.
